BEFORE YOU START

RECOVERY TIMELINE

Would you go on a cruise without having some idea of the stops on the way and how long it would take? Most people would never do that. We don't expect you to enter the Affair Recovery process blindly either.

The graphic below provide a very ROUGH estimate of how long this process may take and what will happen along the way. It is best to be focus on milestones on the Roadmap more than how much time as passed. Also, if you feel impatient or stuck somewhere in the process, be sure to discuss this with your therapist as she or he will have a sense of where you are and what to expect for your unique circumstance.
